Building work has commenced

Because of the recent very wet weather I checked yesterday (Tuesday, 11Feb) with out building manager in Holbrook if all was okay for the start on Monday 10 February. He replied “Builder was on site Monday between showers doing basic set up -equipment, signs, site accommodation, access stuff.( our weather not as bad as Sydney). Yes, physical on site start was deferred to today [Tuesday] for weather…. Surveyors are on site today, setting out the building. Excavations for site strip and footings is booked for later this week ( weather permitting). Aiming at first concrete footings being poured early next week.” Looks like we are on our way.
